Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 cups Rotisserie chicken, pre-cooked & shredded

1 – 8 oz pk cream cheese, softened

1 – 16 oz pkg Kraft Mexican taco cheese

1 – 8 oz container sour cream

1/2 cup Chipotle hot sauce

2 tsps Cayenne pepper


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl add shredded chicken. A combination of white and dark meat gives the best flavor. Combine softened cream cheese, 8 ounces Kraft Mexican taco cheese, sour cream, Cayenne pepper and Chipotle hot sauce.

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients and transfer to an oven safe casserole dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated throughout. If you like a crispier top layer, after cooking switch over to broil and continue to cook 3-5 more minutes

Great with any type of tortilla chip, bagel chip, pita chip or even Doritos.

Variations: For this recipe the hot sauce of choice was Chipotle but truly you can add the hot sauce of your choice or even the buffalo wing sauce of your choosing will do. It all depends on how much heat you like.
