Cheater Chicken Pot Pie

Serves: 6-8 Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 45 minutes
4 – 18.5 ounce cans Progresso Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
2 skinless boneless thick cut chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
1 – 10 ounce bag cut green beans
8 ounces baby carrots
2 stalks celery
2 large potatoes
8 Pillsbury Grands Biscuits (Flaky layers for a lighter crust or Homestyle for a thicker, crunchy crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Clean, wash and pat dry chicken breast. Add butter to a medium frying pan and saute chicken over medium heat until cooked through. Cool and dice.
Cut carrots and celery lengthwise into 1/2″ pieces. Peel potatoes and cube into bite size pieces. Chop basil.
In a 9×13 baking dish combine Progresso Hearty Chicken Pot Pie, cooked chicken, vegetables and basil. Cover and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Remove and top with grands biscuits and continue to bake uncovered another 15-20 minutes or until grands are golden brown.
