Cheese-it Meatloaf

Serves: 4-6


3 lbs of ground meat                                                           1/2 cup ketchup

1 1/2 cups of cooked white rice                                          1/2 cup steak sauce

1 cup of crushed Cheez-it crackers

1 lunch size bag of barbecue potato chips crushed

Salt & pepper to taste

1/2 cup Romano cheese

2 tbsps dried parsley

1 tbsp garlic salt

1 egg

Preparation


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook the rice according to the directions on the box and let cool down.

Next, place ground meat in a large bowl. Add all other listed ingredients including rice and thoroughly mix together.

In a roasting pan form the mixture into a loaf. Top meatloaf off with an alternating thin stripe of ketchup and steak sauce. Place in preheated oven and bake for 90 minutes (1.5 hours).
