6 Pepper Salad w/Sriracha Dressing

1 green bell pepper

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 orange bell pepper

2 Cubanella peppers

1 green hot pepper


1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp Sriracha

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp white sugar


Wash and core each pepper listed above then slice into 1/2″ strips. Toss all the peppers into a bowl.

Dressing: in a small bowl combine olive oil, sriracha, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper and whisk together. Pour dressing over peppers and thoroughly mix.
